Who are we ?

We are a locally run family business in the Redlands City area.

Are we vaccinated ?

Yes, we are double vaccinated, you can feel safe knowing we take the safety and well-being of our clients seriously.

Insurance ?

Bayside Boutique Cleaning are covered with Public Liability Insurance.

WHAT ABOUT PETS?

Pets are a part of the family, and so we clean up after them as well! Not all of our furry friends like the sound of vacuums or unfamiliar people in their space so a friendly reminder to ensure they are secured or restrained for your cleaning service. It is not the cleaners responsibility to ensure this.

CAN I ADD SERVICES TO THE PACKAGES OFFERED ?

Yes ! we are more than happy to work with you as to what you would liked cleaned and can customise a package to suit.

HOW DO I RESCHEDULE ?

We understand that things come up and household members get sick. We kindly ask for 24 hours notice to be able to reschedule. If you are sick and it’s your cleaning day, please call or text us by 7:30 am. We will do our best to reschedule your cleaning that same week.

DO I HAVE TO BE THERE ?

No, absolutely not! It's your choice to stay around, or go out and take advantage of your free time.

If you aren't going to be home we do ask for client to organise a lock box or communicate how we are able to access the home.

WHAT DO WE NEED FROM YOU ?

To be able to provide the best clean we ask that you pick up all personal belongings before we arrive.
